Tambi\u00e9n el numeral 10\u00b0 del art\u00edculo 17 y el numeral 10\u00b0 del Art\u00edculo 20 del Acuerdo 014 de 1999. Adem\u00e1s, el programa se ajusta a las pol\u00edticas del Ministerio de educaci\u00f3n Nacional (MEN) con el Decreto 1075 de 2015, el Decreto 1330 de 2019 y el Decreto 1174 de 2023, los cuales regulan la formaci\u00f3n de especialistas en Colombia y garantizan la calidad en la educaci\u00f3n superior en el \u00e1rea de la salud.
